The "Lord of the Realm of the Dead" grins at humanity like skull. His kingdom, Mictlan, is a region of bitter cold where the only foodstuff is rattlesnake meat (and the souls have to catch the rattlesnakes to enjoy it!) Survivals of his worship exist in the offerings made to souls on the Mexican Day of the Dead.
